Consumers can now access insider pricing on Jeep, Ram, and Chrysler models through April 30

As new U.S. auto tariffs go into effect, Stellantis is extending its employee discount pricing to the general public—a move that mirrors a similar initiative recently launched by Ford. The limited-time promotion aims to provide financial relief to car buyers navigating rising vehicle costs and economic uncertainty.

  • Stellantis employee pricing is now public through April 30
  • Ford’s competing offer runs through June 2, with EV perks through June 30
  • Auto tariffs are impacting vehicle and part pricing, prompting automakers to offer deeper incentives

Stellantis Offers Employee Pricing on Most New Models

Starting April 5, Stellantis—parent company of brands like Jeep, Ram, and Chrysler—is expanding its employee pricing program to all U.S. customers. The incentive is part of a broader April sales campaign titled “America’s Freedom of Choice”, which gives buyers the option to choose between employee pricing or existing cash-back offers.

“We launched aggressive and consistent incentive and marketing support for April, including an exciting and competitive enhancement that will allow our customers ‘America’s Freedom of Choice’ between Employee Price or current cash incentives,” Stellantis said in a statement.

Vehicles Eligible for Discount

The discount covers a wide selection of vehicles, including:

  • Jeep Wrangler SUVs
  • Ram light-duty pickup trucks
  • Most other new Stellantis models

This employee pricing offer is valid through April 30, giving buyers a limited window to take advantage of significant savings. Customers may also stack this deal with other ongoing April promotions where applicable.

Ford’s Competing Offer: “From America, For America”

Stellantis’ move comes shortly after Ford announced a similar initiative—” From America, For America”—which runs through June 2. Ford’s program also provides employee pricing, which in many cases falls below dealer invoice, on a wide range of 2024 and 2025 models.

Ford’s Eligible Vehicles and Bonus Incentives

Ford and Lincoln vehicles included in the deal span:

  • Hybrid and Plug-in Hybrid models
  • Diesel and Gas-powered vehicles

Exclusions: 2025 Expedition, Navigator, Raptor, and Super Duty trucks.

Additionally, Ford is offering a free home EV charger and standard installation on electric vehicle purchases through its Power Promise program, valid until June 30.

“We understand that these are uncertain times for many Americans… Whether it’s navigating the complexities of a changing economy or simply needing a reliable vehicle for your family, we want to help,” Ford said.

Auto Tariffs Fuel Industry-Wide Promotions

These discount programs arrive on the heels of newly enacted U.S. auto tariffs, which are expected to raise costs across the industry. The tariffs affect a wide range of imports, including:

  • Sedans, SUVs, crossovers, and light trucks
  • Minivans and cargo vans
  • Key parts like engines, transmissions, powertrains, and electrical components

The administration also noted that it can expand tariffs to cover additional parts if deemed necessary.

Market Impact

The stock market reacted to the news of tariffs and incentives with notable declines:
