Peugeot has boosted the electric range of its popular E-208 to 433 km, making it the top performer in the electric B-segment. Already Europe’s best-selling electric B-segment vehicle, the updated 2024 E-208 now includes smarter tech, greater efficiency, and new features like Trip Planner and Vehicle-to-Load (V2L) capability.

Leading the Segment in Electric Range

Peugeot’s upgraded E-208 now offers a best-in-class 433 km WLTP-certified range in the version equipped with the 156 hp (115 kW) electric motor—an increase of 23 km over the previous model. This positions the E-208 as the most efficient vehicle in its category, a title reinforced by its top ranking in ADAC’s 2024 Ecotest for efficiency across the European market.

Smarter, More Connected Driving Experience

To enhance usability and peace of mind, the 2024 Peugeot E-208 introduces several intelligent features:

  • Integrated Trip Planner (with optional connected navigation): Optimizes route planning based on real-time traffic, road types, elevation, charging stations, and desired state of charge at the destination.
  • 80% Charging Limit Feature: Allows drivers to set a daily charging cap via AC to extend battery life and align with everyday usage patterns.

New Vehicle-to-Load (V2L) Capability

For the first time, the Peugeot E-208 comes pre-fitted for Vehicle-to-Load (V2L) functionality. This lets drivers power external devices—such as e-bikes, camping gear, or portable lights—directly from the car’s high-voltage battery.

  • V2L Adapter Specs:
    • Available as an accessory from Peugeot dealers
    • Supports up to 3.5 kW / 16A
    • Connects via the standard charging port

All new Peugeot 208 models (electric, hybrid, and petrol) receive a series of updates:

  • Enhanced Safety: New multifunction front camera extends the range of Automatic Emergency Braking, improving detection of pedestrians and cyclists.
  • Fresh Styling: New body color Okenite White replaces Ice White across the full range.
  • Updated Hybrid Naming:
    • HYBRID 100 → HYBRID 110
    • HYBRID 136 → HYBRID 145
These reflect the combined output of petrol engines and electric motors, anticipating Euro 7 regulations.
