The Nissan Formula E Team is gearing up for Round 5 of the 2024/25 ABB FIA Formula E World Championship, set to take place this weekend at the iconic Homestead-Miami Speedway. This marks the series’ first return to Florida since Season 1, and Nissan is entering the race weekend in top form.

Championship Leaders Arrive in Strong Form

So far in Season 11, Nissan has been a dominant force. British driver Oliver Rowland has claimed two victories in the opening four rounds, putting him at the top of the Drivers’ Championship. His consistent performances have also propelled Nissan to the top of both the Teams’ and Manufacturers’ standings, making them the team to beat in Miami.

Meanwhile, teammate Norman Nato has developed a strong track record on U.S. soil, having scored points in every Formula E race he’s contested in the United States, including events in New York and Portland.

New Venue: Homestead-Miami Speedway

The 2025 Miami E-Prix will be held at Homestead-Miami Speedway, a venue known for hosting top-tier American motorsports. A modified technical infield layout for Formula E will be used, combining high-speed sections with challenging corners. Key overtaking opportunities are expected at Turns 1, 6, and 8, setting the stage for a thrilling battle under the Florida sun.
